UAE Deliveries: All orders are shipped via reputable courier services to ensure speedy and secure delivery. Each purchase is insured during transit until it reaches you. If you have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us, and we will provide the tracking information or assist in tracking your shipment.

Personal Information: For delivery purposes, we store necessary details such as the customer's name, location address, and contact number. Other personal identifiable information will not be retained.

Order Dispatch: Most orders are dispatched within the same or next business day, depending on order specifications, payment clearance, stock availability, location, and verification. If there are delays or items are out of stock, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

Failed Deliveries: If delivery is refused or if you are unavailable despite reasonable attempts by the courier, the package will be returned to The Moors. Any unpaid duties, taxes, or additional shipping costs will be charged to you.

Delivery Options:

·         Express Bike Delivery (2-3 hours): Available daily within Dubai city limits from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM

·         Same Day Delivery: Available within Dubai and Abu Dhabi city limits. Orders must be placed by 8:00 AM for same-day service.

·         Next Day Delivery: Available across the UAE (excluding remote areas). Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM.

·         Remote Areas: Deliveries to Abu Dhabi's Western Region follow a twice-weekly schedule.
