Exchanges & Returns (Excluding Fine Jewelry)

We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of purchase, provided they are supported by proof of payment.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges or returns can be used for a full refund or alternative items of equivalent value.

Please Note:

  • Special orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • VAT and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. When returning items from outside the UAE, clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@themoors.me. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged Products

We will issue refunds for defective goods if repair or replacement is unavailable. Repairs or exchanges apply only to defects not caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions. All returns must include proof of purchase.

Please note that our collection is handcrafted by artisans. Variations in colors, visible joints, or uneven surfaces are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Refund Process

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Refundable Policy for Fine Jewelry

Please review our non-refundable policy for fine jewelry carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Refundable Transactions:

All sales of fine jewelry, including but not limited to rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and custom-made pieces, are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered except as noted below.

Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy:

1.Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.

2.Incorrect Orders:

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and cover any return shipping costs.

3.Custom-Made Jewelry:

Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders, which will be communicated prior to starting the project.

4.Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
