All clothes from By Mary are designed with love by our Founder & Creative Director and made by hand in The United Arab Emirates with great care and an eye for detail.

The carefully selected fabrics are produced in on off batches, meaning that the clothes are truly limited editions.

Return Policy

Since all our clothes are made to order especially for you from limited edition fabrics, they cannot be returned. 

If the garment doesn’t fit, you can let us know by email (contact@by-mary.co) within 7 days of receiving your garment and choose one of the options below: 

1. If you live in the U.A.E we will make an appointment to have one of our tailors come by and make 1-time alterations for a perfect fit. 

2. If you live outside of the U.A.E, we will be in touch with you and request you to send us back your garment. We will exchange the item for a different size (providing the fabric is still available).

Accessories such as bags can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. You can contact us by email to arrange the return. You are responsible for the returned goods until it reaches us. Order number or customer number must be clearly included in the return. Please also advise if you wish to have a refund or to exchange the merchandise for something else.

Hand-wash warm. Tumble dry low. This product has been washed at the factory after sewing to minimize fabric shrinkage.
